Order Cancellation
- You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, please email us at Merimothailand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds on Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved before processing or shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
