REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund & Exchange Policy – Merimo Thailand

1. No Return Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products.
All sales are final.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is only applicable if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

3. Proof Requirement

Customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory), OR
  • Clear photos of the damaged product

Claims without proof will not be accepted.

4. Claim Timeline

  • Must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

5. Exchange Process

  • Claims will be verified by our team
  • Approved exchanges will be processed within 20 business days

6. Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging

7. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange will not be applicable if:

  • Product is used or damaged after delivery
  • No proof is provided
  • Claim is made after 7 days

8. Shipping for Exchange

We may arrange reverse pickup or request the customer to ship the product, depending on location.
