Refund & Exchange Policy – Merimo Thailand
1. No Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products.
All sales are final.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchange is only applicable if:
- Product is damaged
- Product has a manufacturing defect
3. Proof Requirement
Customers must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory), OR
- Clear photos of the damaged product
Claims without proof will not be accepted.
4. Claim Timeline
- Must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
5. Exchange Process
- Claims will be verified by our team
- Approved exchanges will be processed within 20 business days
6. Conditions
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
7. Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange will not be applicable if:
- Product is used or damaged after delivery
- No proof is provided
- Claim is made after 7 days
8. Shipping for Exchange
We may arrange reverse pickup or request the customer to ship the product, depending on location.
